Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Unopened and sealed products in original packaging with proof of purchase (order number or receipt) are eligible for return. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Opened or used food products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing original packaging and labels are also non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@sangroh.com or WhatsApp +92 300 968 6605 with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product if applicable. We typically respond within 24-48 hours with return approval and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Damaged or Spoiled Products
Inspect your order upon arrival. If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or with torn or broken packaging, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email info@sangroh.com or WhatsApp +92 300 968 6605 with your order number and clear photos showing the damage. Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until your claim is resolved.
We will offer you a choice of full replacement of the damaged product free of charge or a complete refund to your original payment method.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the wrong item received. We will arrange for a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost. You will need to return the incorrect item, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Quality Issues
If you believe the product quality is not as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and sealed. Provide your order number, detailed explanation, and photos if applicable. We will offer you a choice of replacement with a fresh product or full refund.
Return Shipping & Fees
For damaged, spoiled, wrong items, quality issues, or change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive the returned item. Product must be unopened and in original condition for quality issues or change of mind returns. We do not charge restocking fees for valid returns.

Refunds
Refunds are issued via Jazz Cash or Bank Transfer within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
For damaged or wrong items, the full product price is refunded. For quality issues or change of mind returns, the product price minus return shipping costs you paid will be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.
Important Notes
Once a food product seal is broken or the package is opened, we cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations. This protects both you and future customers.
All return claims for damaged, spoiled, or wrong items must include photographic evidence to be processed. All returns must be approved by our team before sending items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
