Shipping Locations & Costs
Where We Ship: We deliver across all of Pakistan, bringing nature’s asliyat to every corner of the country.
Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is PKR 200 below one kilogram of weight above one kilogram rate will 250. Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free shipping.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery Time After Dispatch: 3-5 business days to all locations across Pakistan.
Total Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days from order placement.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM PKT will be processed the next business day. Processing and delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or Eid periods. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Carriers & Packaging
Carriers: All orders are shipped via Pakistan Post or Postex.
Packaging: Your organic products are carefully packed to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use protective materials to keep the earth’s purity intact until it reaches you.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to monitor your delivery progress through the carrier’s tracking system. If you need help tracking your package, contact our support team at info@sangroh.com or WhatsApp us at +92 300 968 6605 with your order number.
Shipping Address
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in Bahawalpur, Punjab. Orders are delivered to your doorstep or designated safe place as arranged with the carrier.
Please provide your complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Address Correction & Reshipment
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please contact info@sangroh.com or WhatsApp +92 300 968 6605 to arrange reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@sangroh.com or WhatsApp 03009686605. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will work with our carrier to locate your package.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If you receive items damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sangroh.com or WhatsApp +92300 968 6605. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference. Do not discard damaged items or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
